Tips for beautiful and attractive eyes

These are some tips for those who are crazy for good looking eyes. I am expressing only my ideas. rest choice are yours. Only a beautiful eyes throw a good impression and image of any lady. So, some simple tips are

  • Apply kajal in your eyes.
  • If you are going in party, use mascara. Mascara makes your eyes look big.
  • You can also apply eye shadows on your eyes accordingly matching to your dress, or just apply black eye shadow in eye liner shape to give your eyes a smoky look.
  • If your eyes are dark then first apply concealer on eyes and then apply light eye shadow, after that you can apply any eye shadow of your choice.
  • Instead of applying single colors, use two colors on your eyes. First apply dark color in eye liner shape then apply light color up to your eye lid.
  • If you have small eyes then apply single color eye shadow and make you eye brows in arc shape.

Best fitness food for women

All women want to be fit and healthy.So, today i am suggesting some fitness food for fit and healthy body
First is Milk, the rich source of calcium. women should drink one glass in a day and preferably in morning. If you are worried about calories and weight gain then you should drink it with out sugar otherwise can add sugar and any flavour , you like.There are many milk flavoured are available in the market. But it is advised that we should drink it with out sugar.
Second is Curd/Yogurt, If you don't like to drink milk then you can eat curd.
Third is Egg, egg is rich source of Iron.We can have one egg daily or recommended by your doctor.
Fourth is Orange, We require vitamin c to repair muscles damage. Or you can have a glass of lemon water instead.
Fifth is carrot, it is very good for health and skin. You can also skip your meal by eating 3-4 carrots a day.
Sixth is peanuts, to increase your energy have peanuts once in a month. If you do fast(vrat) then you can eat peanuts as well.
seventh is Green leafy vegetables, These veggie provides nutrients and fibers.
Eight is water, though water is not a food but it is suggested that every women to drink minimum 10 glass of water a day.
Ninth is whole grain, try to use whole grain like whole grain brown rice. Before buying check it should be stamped 100% whole grain food.
Tenth is fruit juice, you can have any natural fruit juice daily to boost your energy.

Palak ki tasty poori

Ingredients:-
whole wheat flour 1 cup
morespinach leaves or palak 300 gm ( with all the stems)
salt according to taste
ajwain seeds 1 tbsp

Method:-
chop spinach leaves and steam them ( i microwaved for 2 minutes)....let it cool and make a paste in a blender without adding water.......now mix all the ingredients and make a dough without adding water, more flour may be needed to make a medium soft pliable dough.........divide the dough in small balls and roll them on a chakla belan (with a rolling pin) and fry them in hot oil....turning the poori once in hot oil to cook both sides........repear till all the pooris are done.......serve with raitas, chutney, plain curds.

Recepie

Maggi with Macroni

Ingredients:-
2 Maggi
1 Cup macroni/Pasta
6 Cup of water
1 Onion
2 Tbs of vegetable oil
1 Tomato
1/2 Cup of peas
Salt according to taste
1/4 Tbs of red chilli powder

Mathod
First boil macroni in some water for 15 minutes in another pan het oil and add chopped onion and fry it for 1 min after that add chopped tomato in it and add salt according to your taste. Once tomato and onion are mashed add peas and maggi cake, 6 cup of water. cook till maggi get ready. After that add boiled macroni and taster maker of maggi.
Stir untill taht it mixed.
Maggi with macroni is ready to serve

  • Skin care If you want to keep you skin smooth and healthy don't forget to have CTM. Many of the women who don't know about the CTM means they are lazy to take care or their skin CTM is cleaner, toner and moisturizer. Always apply CTM on your face twice a week, once in the morning and once before going to bed. You can buy any good branded CTM in the market. In 15 days you will feel changes. So, if you are not using yet then first task for you is that try to buy it as soon as possible.
  • Hair care Hair are also very important to give some special care. have you ever noticed a small change in hair style change the look of any girl. So have those hair style which suits you. and don't stuck on particular one hair style, try to change it time to time. And if you having hair fall problem then you can read in my post " Hair loss prevention" . Never use hair dryer to dry your hair.
  • Dress Up Don't run for fashion. wear only those clothes in which you feel comfort and which suits you.
  • Feet care After bath apply any moisturizer cream on your foot. And you can also apply coconut oil.
  • Make Up If you are applying make up on you face don't forget to have mascara on your eyes and lip gloss to your lips.
  • Nails whether your nails are long or short but it should always be clean.
  • Massage Always massage your body and hair at least twice in a month.
  • Yoga Is very important to maintain your beauty. If you don't have enough time try to do it for at least 15 minutes a day.
  • Water Drink plenty of water.
  • Facial Try to have facial every month.
  • Eyes Take special care of your eyes. You can apply cucumber slices on your eyes for 10 min.

Kid Care Tips:-
This post is helpful for those women who have kid. Kids are very beautiful creature of god on earth. So, we should take special care for them. Here are some special tips for your kids.
  • Toys:- toys are the best thing to attract your kid. But you should keep in mind that always buy good quality toys for your baby.
  • Clothes :- Always buy those clothes for your baby which gives comfort to your baby. Because if baby feels comfort it will not disturb you as well.
  • Dippers Try to change your baby dippers after every three hour a day. Some people think that dippers don;t give comfort to their child but its not true. Always get ready to expense on dippers.
  • Bath: Use bath tub to give bath to your kid. and before giving bath first check the water it should neither too much cold or not hot, prefer to use lukewarm water. And always use cosmetic which are only for kid, you can easily ask for those in market. and use soft towel.
  • Food:- Try to give your own milk.But when it grows you can ask to doctor which food is good for your baby's health. Regular check weight and height of your kid.
  • Special care:- If you are working woman then don't leave every thing on maid. You should also be responsible to take care of your child.
  • Sleep: You should be aware of the sleeping hour time of your kid. He/she should take a complete sleep .
  • And the most important is , you know more than us which are required to your child. So, be a best mother.

How to manage hair loss

Reason of fall
There could be many factor why now a days people are suffering from hair fall problem like stress, hormonal imbalance, hereditary,ageing, improper diet, regular use of shampoos and hair gel etc.

Hair loss prevention
  • Avoid using dryer and iron.
  • Occasionally use hair gel.
  • massage your hair with lukewarm olive oil twice a day.
  • The most important is trim your hair after every two months. If you don't believe just at least once and after that you will understand and give advise to others as i am giving to you.
  • Comb your hair twice a day as it also increase your blood circulation of head.
  • Never wrap your wet hair in your towel after hair wash.
  • Avoid using colour on your hair.
  • Have a balanced meal and include daal, eggs and protein in your meal.
  • If you are having dandruff in your hair then first take precautions to remove dandruff.
  • Once in a month give steam to your hair. The method is simple. After washing your hair massage hair with lukewarm olive(jatoon) oil , take 1 towel and dip it in to warm water and squeeze extra water from towel and wrap this towel on your hair. Do same procedure 2-3 times.
  • Take silk or satin pillow to sleep because it cause less friction as compare to cotton pillow.
  • If you still having the problem, consult a doctor.

Fat losing tips

In my this post i am advising to follow some simple rule to reduce fat
  • Drink more than 10 glass of water per day.
  • Instead of drinking normal water drink lukewarm water.
  • daily do some stretching exercise for each body parts.
  • walk 20-30 minutes daily.
  • And the most important is avoid sweets.
  • Avoid tea and coffee.
  • Still you want to drink tea or coffee, drink it without sugar.
  • Don't buy sweets/Chocolate when you feel hunger.
  • Avoid oily food.
  • Skip meal once in a day and instead of having meal eat fruits and green salads either in breakfast or in dinner.
  • drink juices and home made soups as much as you can, because more you drink liquid more fat will burn from your body in the form of urine.
  • Stop drinking alcohol and beers.
  • Always drink a glass of water before meal.
  • If you can't stop your eating habit at least start minimise your habit. Take a small portion of what you want to eat. Like if you have habit of drinking a cup of tea after every hour, And you can't stop drinking tea you can minimise it to 1/2 cup. In that case you will reduce your intake of tea to 50%.
  • Use stair instead of lifts.
  • After every 2 months you should check your weight, if your weight is increasing immediately change your eating habits and life style.
These are the basic tips to reduce fat.Follow these rules and if you want to reduce fast then also join gym and do some yogas at your home and have a slim body.

How to check skin type and Face pack for your skin

Hi to all women of the world,
I want to write some thing useful for all women.I am a woman like u. so i thought to write some thing that should be usful for us.
In my first blog i am writing on some special face pack. U can easily make these in your home......

How to check skin type
If you want to check your skin type u can test it by with tissue paper.Take one tissue paper and wipe it on your face early in the morning.if some oil patches are there on tissue paper means ur skin is oily.If no oil patches are on paper then wash your face with some face wash and again wipe your face with towel, if u feel like dryness after washing of your face means your skin type is Dry. And if u feel no stretching lines on your skin then your skin type is Normal. So, according to your skin type you can apply face packs.

Face packs for oily skin
Take a piece of banana and mix some drops of lemon juice to apply pack on face.keep for 15 minutes and rinse of it.

Apply orange juice for 10 minutes.regular use of orange juice can also vanish scars from your face.

Take 1 tbs of multani mitti and mix with 1 Tbs of rose water. Apply on face for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water to give your skin a fresh look.

Mix 1 tbs of besan(gram flour) and 2-3 drops of lemon juice.Apply on face fo 5-7 min.

Face pack for Dry skin
People having dry skin should use milk mixed with 1/8th tbs of haldi(turmeric) powder for 10 min.

Take mixed papaya and add 1/2 tbs of honey. Apply for 30 min and rinse off.

Take 1 tbs of honey add glycerin and rose water to apply on face.

Face packs for Normal skin

Take 2 tbs of egg(white part) and add 1 tbs of apple juice. Apply for 10-15 min and rinse with lukewarm water.
